"Received the wrong perfume"
My package showed up, but one of the perfumes wasn’t the one I ordered. I reached out to support and they took a while to get back to me, which was frustrating. Their reply also came off a little dismissive to me, so I kind of got the feeling it wasn’t a priority. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon...
"Perfume descriptions were more confusing than helpful"
I was trying to choose a perfume, but the descriptions didn’t really help me much. They were all kind of vague and overly fancy, which felt unnecessary when I just wanted to know what the scent actually smells like. They listed a few notes, but not enough real-life detail to make a decision. The site looks nice, but I left feeling more confused than when I started. I wish they’d describe the perfumes in a more normal, straightforward way.

"Prices felt way too high"
I really wanted to like Twisted Lily, but the prices just felt hard to justify. I found the same perfumes on other sites for less quickly, so it kind of left a bad taste. With shipping added on, it almost felt like I was begging myself to accept paying more for no real reason, and yeah, I was a little resentful about that. Not worth it for me.

"Scent finder gave me mixed results"
I tried the scent quiz and the notes filters because I was hoping they’d make it easier to find something I’d actually like. But the answers felt kind of inconsistent. One result would seem close to what I picked, then the next suggestion felt totally random and didn’t match my preferences at all.
The samples showed up fine, so no complaints there, but the discovery tools didn’t really help much. I still ended up reading a bunch of reviews and guessing on my own, which was what I was trying to avoid. Not terrible, just not as useful as I expected
"Didn’t hear much after placing my order"
After I placed my order, I barely got any updates and it was kind of frustrating. It’s not even about that necessarily, I get that things can take time—but when I reached out, support didn’t really explain what was going on, so I was just left guessing.
"Delivery showed up really late"
I ordered a perfume and, like I said, the tracking barely updated the whole time. It ended up arriving way later than expected. I contacted customer service, but they basically just kept telling me to wait longer. Like I said, I get that delays happen, but the lack of updates made it really frustrating.

"Rewards points were pretty much usless"
I had a bunch of rewards points and then they just kinda dissapeared. I reached out to support, but all I got back was some vague excuse and no real help. felt like the points were basically pointless.

"Didn’t seem like the real thing"
I’m not totally sure this was authentic. The smell was just off, like kind of fake or watered down or something. I can’t really explain it better than that, but it didn’t feel right to me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was trying to pick something out as a gift, but the options were kind of confusing and felt limited. Nothing really stood out as an easy choice, so I ended up giving up. I also reached out for help and got what felt like a copy-paste support reply, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

I was hoping there would be more samples to check out, but there really weren’t many available. Kind of disappointing because I wanted to compare a few before deciding, but... yeah, not much to go on.

My perfume showed up leaking everywhere and the box was pretty much soaked. Super disappointing. I reached out to customer service but they took forever to get back to me and didn’t help much at all

"Nice scents, but save your time unless there’s a sale"
I’ll be honest, the stuff itself is nice and I do like that they carry some harder-to-find scents. But for what I actually received, the prices felt steep, especially once taxes and little extra fees were added on.
Shipping was fine, nothing terrible there, but the samples are really small and the total adds up fast. Save your time if you’re looking for a good deal—I probably wouldn’t order again unless they’re running a solid sale
"First impression was a long shipping wait"
My first impression ordering from Twisted Lily was not great because the shipping felt way slower than expected. I placed the order thinking it would move quickly based on the site, but it seemed to just sit there for days with no real progress.
I kept checking the tracking, and it barely changed, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but their response didn’t really solve anything or make the wait feel better.
The perfume itself was fine once it finally arrived, so the product wasn’t the issue. It was just the slow shipping that stuck with me, and because of that first experience, I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something anytime soon.

"Customer service kept giving vague promises"
I ordered from Twisted Lily and had a question about my shipment, but getting a reply from customer service took forever. When they finally got back to me, the answer was basic and didn’t really clear anything up. It felt like one of those vague “we’ll look into it” type responses without actually giving me anything useful. The website itself is fine, but the support experience was frustrating enough that I’d be hesitant to order again if I needed help quickly.

I tried shopping on twistedlily.com, and to be fair, they seem to have a nice selection of perfumes. But the website itself was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t seem to work the way I expected, and my cart kept glitching. After a while, I just gave up before placing an order. For a perfume site, I feel like browsing and checking out should be a lot smoother

"Discount Code Didn’t Work"
The checkout process was easy enough, but the promo code never applied and I ended up getting charged the full price. Kind of a bummer since I was expecting the discount.

"Returning it was way more hassle than I expected"
I wanted to return my order the whole thing just kept dragging on. Maybe I missed something or didn’t read the instructions closely enough, but they felt confusing to me. Support also took a while to get back, which made it even more frustrating. I’m kind of wondering if I should’ve handled it differently, but either way, I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again

I tried checking out on Twisted Lily a couple times, and both times the page froze right after I entered my card info. At one point my cart even switched the shipping option on me, which was weird. I was just trying to place a simple order, but compared to other sites where you just... anyway, I ended up giving up and buying it somewhere else
